Kasper Ejvang Tipsmark

Kasper Ejvang Tipsmark is currently the Afdelingschef for Koncernindkøb at ATP, a position held since 2025. They have extensive experience in public procurement, having worked as a Udbudschef at Frederiksberg Kommune from 2020 to 2025 and as a Public Procurement Consultant at Holbæk Kommune from 2009 to 2015. Previously, they served as Leder af Drift & Data at Holbæk Kommune from 2015 to 2020 and began their career as an Assistant at Offentligt Ansattes Organisationer from 2007 to 2008. Kasper holds a Diplom i ledelse from DTU - Technical University of Denmark and a cand.scient.adm in Organisation og ledelse from Roskilde Universitetscenter.
