Cemil Mujdat Altay is an experienced Chief Executive Officer and board member of various tech and energy companies. With a strong background in information technology and services, they previously served as CEO of NETAŞ from 1981 to 2021 and held several chairman positions, including at Probil and BDH. Cemil has a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Boğaziçi University and received an Honorary Doctorate from Istanbul Technical University. Currently, Cemil serves on the boards of ATP and Aydem Enerji.
