Eric Rees

Eric Rees has extensive experience in executive leadership and financial management, currently serving as COO and CFO of ATR Corp. since November 2005, where responsibility includes overseeing operations and business development for an engineering contractor servicing government and commercial clients. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Young & Partners LLC, where Eric executed M&A mandates in the chemicals and life sciences sectors, and Executive Vice President at JTI Inc., providing strategic services to German firms entering the U.S. market. Additionally, Eric held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance & Development at Sodexho Marriott Services, managing finance for a division with over $1 billion in revenues, and served as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Citibank, focusing on transactions in marine transportation and chemicals. Earlier experience includes a managerial role in strategy consulting with Bain & Company. Eric holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Delaware, with studies at the University of Goettingen.
