Eric Holstvoogd

Eric Holstvoogd started their career in 1990 as a senior audit manager at PwC. Eric primarily focused on auditing financial institutions, transport, and high-tech industries. Eric also performed financial due diligence and risk management services. In addition, Eric was responsible for staff development, coaching, and recruitment activities.

In 2001, Eric joined AIG as the CFO for Benelux, reporting to the General Manager Benelux. In this role, they managed finance, accounting, operating systems, and compliance for the Benelux region.

Eric then joined Atradius in 2004 as the Head of Group Finance, reporting to the Finance Director. Their responsibilities included IFRS consolidation and reporting for 120 group companies, Solvency 2 reporting for European entities, and chairing the Portfolio Executive IT Board.

In 2016, Eric became the Head of Finance Program Management at Atradius. In this position, they led the Finance Program Management unit, overseeing accounting functions, finance operations, and projects related to finance. Eric also chaired the Solvency II Authority Board and was responsible for IFRS implementations and reporting for Dutch holding companies.

Eric Holstvoogd attended various educational institutions throughout their career. Eric completed the Management of People Program at INSEAD in 2007. From 1990 to 1993, they pursued a Post Doctoraal degree in Chartered Accountancy at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). In 1985, they obtained an MBA in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Prior to that, from 1981 to 1985, they studied Applied Economics and Mechanical Engineering at the Higher Technical School in Enschede. In addition to their formal education, Eric holds a certification in SAS Risk Governance Framework: Solution Overview, obtained in 2020 from SAS.
