Heike Gerdes

Heike Gerdes is the Regional Unit Director Global at Atradius, leveraging nearly two decades of experience in the trade credit insurance industry across Europe and Asia. After starting their career at Atradius in 2004, Heike held various roles, including Country Manager in Singapore and Senior Manager of Strategic Projects for the Global Unit. Prior to their tenure at Atradius, Heike gained valuable trade insights while working at the German embassy in Peru. They hold multiple university degrees, including a Master’s in Sociology and Business Administration from the University of Trier, and have authored booklets on economic policies in Argentina and the influences of the IMF and World Bank.
