Lars de Backker is a result-driven professional specializing in operational excellence and business transformation, currently serving as a Senior Process Designer at Atradius. With a strong engineering background, Lars has previously held roles such as Sales Manager for the Middle East at UL, where they achieved a 45% growth in sales, and as an Operational Excellence Lead at Scildon, guiding the company through significant transformation.
