Massimo Gessaghi

Massimo Gessaghi is the Head of Local Compliance Function at Atradius, a position held since 2012. In this role, they monitor compliance-related developments, identify and assess compliance risks, and advise the Country Manager on risk mitigation strategies. Previously, they worked at Atradius Credit Insurance NV in various roles including Finance System Administrator Manager, where they managed the implementation of a new finance system, and Senior Auditor Manager, where they created audit procedures in compliance with regulations. Massimo began their career in finance and controlling at Gerling Konzern Speziale AG from 1993 to 2003. They hold a degree in Ragioneria ad indirizzo mercantile e Perito Industriale from ITC “Nicola Moreschi” di Milano.
