Simon Schofield

Simon Schofield has a strong background in cybersecurity and information assurance. Simon has held various leadership positions in reputable companies, including Atradius, Rackspace, Datapipe Europe, Adapt, BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, BAE Systems, Vega Group PLC, and the UK Ministry of Defence. Simon's experience includes defining information security strategies, policies, and standards, as well as ensuring global compliance and monitoring security requirements. Simon has successfully built global cybersecurity practices and managed senior teams. Simon has also been responsible for enterprise security policy implementation, risk assessments, incident management, and auditing highly sensitive systems.

Simon Schofield attended the Royal School Signals from 1999 to 2001, majoring in Management Information Systems. Prior to that, they studied at The Grange from 1978 to 1983. Simon also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the EC-Council's Certified Chief Information Security Officer from EC-Council in 2023, CISSP from ISC2 London Chapter in 2005, and SABSA Chartered Foundation (SCF) from The SABSA Institute in 2010, among others.
