Dev Ulpo

Dev Ulpo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fixed income strategies and portfolio management. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Fixed Income Strategies at ATRAM Group since December 2019, Dev also founded Aralin in 2021. Previous roles include Asia Credit Investment Analyst and Trader at Triada Capital, Global Investment Analyst and Portfolio Manager at a Private Family Office, and Fixed Income/Credit Analyst at ATR Asset Management. Dev began a career in finance as a Junior Research Analyst at the Institute for Development and Econometric Analysis, Inc. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration in Fiscal Administration from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy, supplemented by training in Trust Operations and Investment Management.
