Sledge Smith is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and advisory roles across various sectors, including fashion, marketing, and luxury retail. Currently serving as Managing Director at SLDGMACHINE and holding advisory positions at several companies, including POPLINEN, a size-inclusive clothing brand, and NUDEST, which is now part of AlgoFace group. Sledge has also contributed to the growth of DTC Luxury Bridal brand Ella & Oak, and held roles in partnerships and new business development at Graj + Gustavsen Inc. Previous experience includes serving as an advisor for Big Lives and leading business development at Vaudeville Ventures. Educational credentials were obtained from the University of Connecticut.
