Pritha Reddy is a dedicated research intern currently working at the Ashoka Trust for Research in Ecology and the Environment, focusing on the dynamics of carbon and water use efficiency in semi-arid ecosystems under the supervision of Dr. Rajkamal Goswami. Previous experience includes coordination roles at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Pune, where responsibilities encompassed organizing art workshops, leading a science magazine, and conducting research on biomass and carbon sequestration of tree species. Additionally, Pritha has completed summer internships at IISER Kolkata and the Indian Institute of Horticultural Research, as well as served as a project advisor for iGEM, mentoring a team on biofuel production using genetically engineered yeast. Pritha is pursuing a BS-MS degree at IISER Pune, expected to graduate in 2025.
