Mark Lanning

Mark Lanning is an experienced financial executive with a background in investor relations and treasury, having served as Vice President at Hillenbrand, Inc. from 1988 to 2011. Prior to that, they were a Senior Audit Manager at Ernst & Whinney for a decade. Lanning has held leadership roles in various organizations, including as Chairman of the Board for the Indiana CPA Society and as Vice President of Finance and CFO at Frisch's Restaurants, Inc. Since 2006, they have been a Board Member at Atricure, Inc., where they chair the Audit Committee and serve on the Compensation Committee. Mark earned a BS in Accounting from Ball State University's Miller College of Business.
