You’ll get a warm and friendly welcome at Atrium Fitness.

Let our highly qualified team help you with gym instruction, planning exercise routines, coaching, motivating and setting your fitness goals. They’re a super friendly team who will help you to keep on track. No other club around here has their award-winning credentials.

So, the people are great but what about the rest?

Try our state-of-the-art gym equipment for cardiovascular workouts. You might prefer building your stamina and strength with weights. Or, how about using our roomy fitness and spinning studios for your aerobic needs. Yoga is great for keeping supple and improving your balance … it helps you to relax too.

Why not reward yourself with a dip in our heated swimming pool? You might choose to unwind in the sauna and steam rooms or maybe finish off with a refreshing spa?

We’ve even got sports and beauty therapists and a hairdresser.

A friendly club with great facilities in the welcoming and beautiful city of Ely… Atrium Fitness, come in and say hello.
