Atrium Therapeutics, Inc.’s mission is to pioneer the delivery of ribonucleic acid (RNA) therapeutics to the heart to transform the standard of care for people living with cardiomyopathies. Our proprietary technology leverages the targeted RNA delivery platform initially developed at Avidity Biosciences, Inc., which combines the tissue selectivity of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and other targeted delivery ligands with the precision of oligonucleotides. Our precision cardiology pipeline currently consists of two primary, wholly owned precision cardiology development candidates for the treatment of PRKAG2 syndrome and PLN cardiomyopathy.
