Marcus Word

Marcus Word has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Marcus started their career as an Owner/Operator at Executive Town Car in 1987 and worked there until 1990. From 1990 to 1996, Marcus served as a Regional Manager at National Flood Information Services. Following this, they joined Sanmina, where they held various positions, including Customer Service Representative/Program Manager from 1996 to 2002, Program Manager from 2002 to 2002, and Program Manager from 2002 to 2008. Marcus then worked at Honeywell as a Project Manager from 2008 to 2016. In 2017, they joined Schlotzsky's as an Assistant Manager and later transitioned to Petco as a Merchandise Ops Leader. Marcus's most recent role is that of a Tactical Account Manager at ATRON GROUP, which they began in 2018.

Marcus Word attended the University of North Texas from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt from Honeywell, obtained in January 2012, and from Sanmina, obtained in June 2005.
