Paul Chavez started their work experience at Caterpillar Inc. in 2006, where they worked as an Assembler until 2009. Paul then joined Vernay Manufacturing in 2009 as Production Personnel, Medical, before moving to M&M Manufacturing in 2010. At M&M Manufacturing, they worked as a Press Brake Operator/ Pemsetter until 2014. In 2018, Paul joined ATRON GROUP as a Product Cost Engineer.
