Alex Eagle, P.Eng, has accumulated extensive experience in engineering roles since 2004. Currently serving as an Application Engineer at ATS Automation since July 2018, Alex has previously worked as a Product Design Engineer at Septimatech Group Inc. from June 2011 to July 2018 and as a Product Design/Manufacturing Engineer at Hammond Manufacturing from September 2009 to June 2011, where development of new standard products for Datacom applications was accomplished under tight deadlines. Earlier roles include Engineering Co-op positions at Babcock & Wilcox and Linamar, where Alex gained hands-on experience in CNC program verification and process documentation, respectively, as well as a Tool & Die Apprentice role at Edge Tool & Die focusing on machine set-up and maintenance. Alex holds a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Mechanical Systems Engineering from Conestoga College, earned through a cooperative program.
