Jay Boisvert

Jay Boisvert has been working at ATS Traffic since April 1984, starting as the Northern Regional Manager On Street Services. Currently, Jay holds the position of Senior Estimator - On Street Services. Jay is responsible for leading the team of Traffic Technicians in developing, installing, and maintaining Safe Work Zones for Municipalities, Contractors, and the Travelling Public.
