Jerry Carnley

Jerry Carnley has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Jerry is currently the Executive Vice President of Business Development at ATSER Systems, where they manage client portfolios and oversees the implementation of program and project management systems for large governmental entities. Prior to this, Jerry served as the Chief Innovation Officer at Complete Paperless Solutions, where they led transformational change in healthcare, energy, and service organizations. Jerry was also the Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer at ProsResource, where they provided consulting and innovation insights to engineering teams and implemented operational system redesigns. Earlier in their career, Jerry held positions as the Chief Information Technology Officer at East Texas Behavioral Health Network and as the Chief Information and Administrative Officer at Spindletop Center. Overall, Jerry's expertise lies in strategic planning, innovation, and implementing technology solutions across various industries.

Jerry Carnley completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Lamar University from 1996 to 2000. Jerry then pursued further education and obtained an Executive MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, ERP from Lamar University from 2020 to 2021.
