Rocky Tilney

Rocky Tilney is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience leading design and innovation initiatives. As the Founder and Creative Director of Upspire Labs since December 2001, Rocky has successfully guided business development and creative collaboration, fostering strong client relationships. Currently serving as a Creative Advisor for Atsign, Rocky focuses on brand development and user experience. Previously, as the Inventor and Founder of Stiki Case, Rocky developed unique products for active individuals. Rocky's leadership roles include serving as Past Chair and Board Member for the Chamber of Commerce Mountain View and as a Board Member for the Western Art Directors Club, where contributions included policy development and event organization. Rocky's career began at CyberCSI, where management and creative services experience was gained. Education was completed at De Anza College from 1997 to 2000.
