Michael O'Callaghan

Michael started his 40-year aviation career in the US Air Force as a crew chief on AT-38B aircraft. Since joining ATS as a structure mechanic in 1985, he has risen through the airframe maintenance organization from frontline technician to supervisor and maintenance manager. He further expanded his leadership experience through successively challenging roles in leading our composite repair, avionics, and interior operations.
