We thoroughly understand the needs and the vocabulary of educators as well as churches and congregations. The study, programming and design of schools and churches have been a major focus of ATSR’s practice and represents areas of particular expertise and interest for our staff. ATSR’s philosophy is that a successful building project satisfies our clients’ functional and aesthetic needs, while adhering to the budget and schedule limitations. Our function is to help our clients translate their needs into a physical structure. Therefore, communication and client involvement are the keys to the success of a project. Design is an evolutionary process — a collaboration between the architect and the building’s users and owners.
