Kris M. has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. They started their career in 2005 as a Production Associate at Dell Products, where they assembled computer systems. In 2007, they worked as a Tester of IT systems for the same company. In 2010, they joined Ergon Computers as an IT Support Technician, resolving software and hardware problems for customers. In 2015, Kris had an IT Internship at Dell Solution Center, where they performed various tasks in a server room environment. They then worked as a Datacenter Technician at Amazon AWS for a few months in 2018. Later that year, they joined AlienVault as an IT Technical Support, and in 2019, they became a Senior Technical Support Specialist at AT&T Cybersecurity (formerly AlienVault).

Kris M. began their education in 2010 at Limerick College of Further Education, where they obtained a FETAC level 5 in Information Technology (CITXX) in 2011. They then continued their studies at Limerick College of Further Education from 2011 to 2012, specializing in Networks and Software Systems (CNSSX) and achieving a FETAC level 6.

In 2013, Kris M. enrolled at Limerick Institute of Technology and pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Networks and Systems Management. They completed their degree in 2016.

To further enhance their skills, Kris M. attended Cisco Networking Academy from 2015 to 2018 and earned a CCNA - Cisco Certificate in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
