Aaron Dillingham

Aaron Dillingham is a technology and transformation leader with a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. They began their career as a combat medic in the Army, later serving as a non-commissioned officer in the Army National Guard, where they developed their leadership skills. Aaron has since transitioned to a successful career in the corporate sector, currently holding multiple positions at AT&T, including Associate Director of Advanced Analytics and Lead Business Strategy Manager. Additionally, they are the owner and founder of Dillingham Capital, focusing on investing in small businesses and developing future leaders. Aaron is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Texas A&M University.
