Al Acosta is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in developing business intelligence and automation solutions. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at AT&T, Al Acosta focuses on Business Intelligence, Robotics Process Automation, and Generative AI for call center automation.
