Alan Foster

Alan Foster is an Associate Director at AT&T, where they currently lead eCommerce operations focused on experience optimization and digital growth. With a background that includes roles as Senior Consultant and Advisory Lead in experience design at AustinCSI, Alan has developed a hybrid skillset in Product Management, UX Design, and Agile Organizational Change. Alan's earlier experience includes facilitation in Environmental Conflict Resolution and technical support management at Spam Arrest LLC. They hold a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington, alongside certifications in User Experience Design from General Assembly.
