Alex Rahe is currently the Lead Digital Customer Growth at AT&T, serving on the Consumer Operations Transformation team where they address technology gaps through Generative AI and drive a multi-year care transformation plan for the Contact Center of the Future. Previously, Alex held various roles at AT&T from 2020 to 2022, including Tech Business Analyst and Lead Product Manager. They also contributed as a Business Development Consultant for FoodDrop and held positions with the University of Alabama, where they were involved in several capstone projects aimed at improving operational processes. Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Alabama.
