Allison Rector

Allison Rector has over 16 years of extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership positions at prominent organizations. At AT&T, roles included Human Resource Associate Director, Human Resource Business Partner, and Senior Human Resource Manager from December 1998 to July 2005. Subsequently, at YPY, Allison served as HR Director and HR Business Partner from July 2005 to January 2013. Earlier experience includes positions at LIME, where Allison was Human Resources Development Manager, Caribbean Region Training and Development Consultant, and Total Quality Management Coordinator from July 1990 to May 1998. Academically, Allison holds an MBA in International Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a BA in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
