Amanda Posadas is a people-first communications strategist focused on change enablement and technology portfolio management. Previously, Amanda worked at AT&T from 2015 to 2019, where roles included Flex Force Engineer II and Principal Tech Business Management, contributing to enterprise change initiatives and multi-million dollar portfolio management. Amanda has also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Research Institute for Manufacturing and Engineering Systems, validating decision-optimization tools for Lockheed Martin. Currently, Amanda pursues a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
