Amol Behere

Amol Behere is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Director in Service Management at AT&T Communication Services India Pvt Ltd since January 2024. In this role, Amol oversees the Service Management function for IBM Network services across the Asia Pacific, Greater China Group, and Japan, providing cross-functional leadership to ensure optimal customer experience in areas such as problem and change management, project delivery, and network management. Prior to this, Amol worked at IBM from 2004 to 2008 as a Service Delivery Manager, focusing on understanding internal customer needs and managing resources for service requests. Amol holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Systems from D.A.V.V Indore, completed between 2000 and 2002, graduating in the first division.
