Andre Pierce

Andre Pierce is the founder of York Academy of NV, a rites of passage program aimed at closing the achievement gap between white students and people of color. With extensive experience in the customer service industry, Andre has held various roles, including Sales Consultant at AT&T and Commissary Warehouse Manager at Aramark. Andre completed a Bachelor of Arts in History and African-American/Black Studies from Grambling State University, where they also served as a Student Ambassador. Throughout their career, they have developed skills in nonprofit organizations, coaching, sales, and event management.
