Andy Mayer possesses extensive experience in technical and leadership roles across various organizations. As a member of the Monmouth Regional Board of Education from January 2014 to May 2018, Andy contributed to educational governance. From May 2017 to December 2021, Andy served as Co-Chair of ONAP's Modeling Subcommittee and previously led the External API Project. Andy's involvement with the Metro Ethernet Forum spanned from January 2002 to December 2021, where roles included Former Co-Chair of the MEF LSO Committee and Chief Architect for Lifecycle Service Orchestration. In December 2021, Andy took on a Principal Member of Technical Staff position at AT&T, acting as ONAP Project Team Lead for the External API Framework. Previous public service includes a role as Councilman for the Borough of Tinton Falls from November 2008 to December 2011. Andy's technical background is reinforced by a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering and an MS in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, as well as a BS in Computer Science from Purdue University.
