Ankur Dua is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and customer relations within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Director of Asia Pacific Service Management and Director & Country Ambassador at AT&T since December 2007, Ankur manages the Service Management Team in Malaysia and oversees post-sales issues related to service delivery, assurance, and billing. Prior to AT&T, Ankur held the position of Program and Escalation Manager at Orange Business Services from July 2005 to December 2007, acting as a liaison between OBS and SITA and coordinating with senior management. Ankur possesses a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from S.L.I.E.T, completed between 2001 and 2003.
