Barbara Garnett

Barbara Garnett is a Senior Project Program Manager at AT&T, where they have led and executed complex projects focused on customer experience and operational excellence since 2015. They possess over 16 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and hold both PMP and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certifications. Prior to their current role, Barbara worked as a Trainer II at DIRECTV and as a Performance Consultant while continuing to refine their skills in process improvement and training delivery. Barbara earned a BA in English from the University of Vermont and an MA in Teaching ESL from Saint Michael's College, reflecting a commitment to education and lifelong learning.
