Beverly Keyes has extensive experience in customer care and operations, currently serving as Director of Customer Care Operations at AT&T since July 2013. Keyes has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Customer Experience Strategist and Chief of Staff for both AT&T Consumer and AT&T Business. Prior to joining AT&T, Keyes worked at Gettysburg College as an Administrative Assistant and at East Hampton Indoor Tennis as Co-Director of Junior Development, where management of significant accounts and oversight of youth programs were key responsibilities. Beverly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organization and Management Studies from Gettysburg College in 2013.
