Bill Carroll

Bill Carroll is the Lead Investigator at AT&T, where they have been conducting investigations related to theft, fraud, and employee misconduct since 2021. Prior to this role, Bill served as a Senior Investigator at AT&T and held positions at Clarence M. Kelley & Associates and WaterOne. They also worked as a Mobile Sales Consultant at Securitas and spent 19 years as a Senior Special Agent at DHS, leading investigations into U.S. Customs and Immigration law violations. Bill earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Law Enforcement from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1987.
