Bill Hayes

Bill Hayes has over two decades of experience in technology leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of Technology for the Chief Information Office at AT&T since February 1999, where oversight includes managing a $1 billion portfolio across various technology development domains. Previous positions at AT&T encompassed directing large teams in areas such as Flex Force and Common Platforms & Tech Transformation, overseeing significant IT applications and enhancing internal consulting teams. Prior to AT&T, Bill Hayes worked as a consultant at Andersen Consulting/Accenture and as a system consultant at Hewitt Associates. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from St. Joseph's College. Additionally, Bill Hayes served as a Scout Leader for the Boy Scouts of America from 2006 to 2018.
