Bill McCracken

Bill McCracken serves as the Director of Technical Program Management at AT&T, overseeing a significant mobility program since April 1999. Previously, Bill held the position of Regional Director for Asia-Pac, successfully negotiating large wholesale voice contracts with major telecommunications providers in Asia. During the startup phase of SBC's long-distance business, Bill acted as CFO, managing financial planning, budgeting, analysis, accounting, and reporting, leading to a revenue stream of $4 billion annually. Bill's career at AT&T began in 1985, encompassing various roles until 1998. Bill holds a Master of Science degree in Business Computer Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing, both from Texas A&M University.
