Bill has over 11 years of experience leading teams of IT professionals, including managing local Windows Desktop Support Technicians and IT Systems Administrators. Prior to their tenure at AT&T, Bill worked as a Unix System Administrator at Yellowbrix, Inc. and the Henry M. Jackson Foundation, and also administered HPUX and Blackboard systems at the University of Montana. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Georgetown University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
