Brian Sands

Brian Sands has extensive experience in workforce analytics, executive compensation, and auditing in the corporate sector, primarily with AT&T from June 2023 to March 2011, where roles included Associate Director of Workforce Analytics, Lead Auditor, and Senior Project Program Manager. Sands managed teams responsible for data warehousing and business intelligence, developed internal audit strategies, and provided compensation support to high-level executives. Prior experience at Citi involved project management for mergers and acquisitions and leading an operational accounting department. Brian Sands holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University.
