Bruce R. Ivers

Bruce R. Ivers is the Executive Director of Retail Talent Management at AT&T Mobility, where they oversee the AT&T Retail Leadership Development Program aimed at fostering future leaders within the organization. Previously, Bruce held various roles, including Director of Sales and Director of Marketing, significantly improving sales performance and marketing initiatives across multiple regions. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Marketing Consultant at The Hartford, providing strategic marketing services to several companies. Bruce is currently pursuing a Certified Market Researcher designation from the Burke Institute and holds a BA in Economics and Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University.
