Bum Lee

Bum (Ben) Lee began their legal career in 2006 as a legal clerk for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, later serving as a corporate lawyer at Yulchon, one of Korea's largest law firms. They transitioned to an in-house counsel position for Electronic Arts in Korea and Japan in 2010 and currently hold the role of Sr. Sourcing Manager at AT&T Entertainment in Los Angeles. Bum has structured, managed, and closed significant domestic and international M&A and licensing agreements, negotiated over 500 commercial contracts, and licensed a vast array of intellectual property. Educated in the United States, they have extensive work experience across the U.S., Korea, and Japan, specializing in corporate transactions, content acquisition, and entertainment licensing.
