C. Lee Wheless is the AVP of Tax at AT&T, a position held since 1998. Prior to joining AT&T, C. Lee worked as a Tax Manager at Ernst & Young from 1992 to 1998, gaining expertise in Income Tax Research & Planning, Compliance, Tax Credits & Incentives, and Tax Accounting. C. Lee earned both a Master of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a specialization in Tax from The University of Texas at Austin, completing their studies in 1992.
