Carla Lopez

Carla Lopez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, strategic planning, and process optimization. Currently serving as a Senior Network Project Manager at AT&T, Carla has previously held roles such as Professional Client Services Project Manager and Quality M&P Process Manager, where they implemented Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to enhance customer care processes. Prior to AT&T, Carla worked as a Performance Consultant at Puerto Rico Manufacturing Extension, providing cost-effective solutions across various industries. Carla holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico and Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, respectively, along with certifications from the Project Management Institute and Belmont University.
