Carlos Pena

Carlos Pena is a telecommunications professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as Principal-Adv Network Tech Support at AT&T, they are responsible for developing and implementing methods and procedures for new technologies, as well as resolving complex network issues. Carlos previously held various roles, including Consultant at Alcatel-Lucent, where they focused on optimizing high-speed data networks, and Network Operations Team Leader at Bell Atlantic, where they guided a team of technicians. Carlos earned an MBA in Business Administration from Western New England University and a BA in International Studies from Iona College.
