Carol Parker, CPA-MBA-CITP, is a seasoned GRC executive and AI governance pioneer currently pursuing an MBA at Washington University in St. Louis. Previously, they held key positions at AT&T from 2005 to 2016, where they directed various audit and compliance initiatives, achieving significant efficiencies and savings. Their leadership transformed audit functions into strategic partnerships, driving operational integrity and enhancing risk management across the organization. Carol also has a strong background in assurance services from KPMG, where they served as a Senior Manager. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, graduating with highest honors.
