Caroline Graff is currently serving as the Lead Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO at AT&T. Previously, they held roles including Senior Business Strategy at AT&T and Junior Analyst at Burton-Taylor International Consulting. Caroline participated in the Impact X program at the College of Charleston, where they coordinated with a team to develop a tech startup focused on sustainable development. They also gained experience as an intern with the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, contributing to customer retention and market research. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Data Science from the College of Charleston.
