Celeste Carrasco

Celeste Carrasco is a public affairs professional with over a decade of experience, primarily at AT&T, where they focused on achieving policy wins and safeguarding stakeholder relationships. From 2012 to 2018, they executed national strategies in federal public affairs, and from 2018 onward, they have advanced AT&T’s legislative and regulatory priorities through external and legislative affairs. Currently, Celeste is a public arbitrator at FINRA and continues their education at Stevens Institute of Technology.
