Cheryl Riley

Cheryl Riley is the President of Northern Plains States for AT&T External Affairs, where they have been responsible for external and legislative affairs in North Dakota, Wyoming, and South Dakota since 2011. With over 25 years of experience in government affairs, Cheryl has developed expertise in legislative, regulatory, and public affairs strategies, maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Cheryl served as External Affairs Manager at SBC Communications and held positions including Executive Director at the Wyoming Power Producers Coalition and Vice President at Montana Capital Group. Cheryl is currently pursuing education at the University of Wyoming.
