Chris Boyer serves as Vice President of Global Security and Technology Policy at AT&T, where responsibilities include managing global security and technology policy issues and engaging with Executive Branch agencies. Boyer's career at AT&T spans over 30 years, with previous roles including Assistant Vice President positions in Global Public Policy, Public Policy for California, and External Affairs/Regulatory, among others. Additionally, Boyer is the founder and Chairman of the Board of the Open RAN Policy Coalition and holds significant positions within various advisory councils such as the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Council and the Communications Sector Coordinating Council. Boyer has a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Kansas, an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston, and a Cybersecurity Certificate from Champlain College.
